Apdata participates in Gartner and integrates the Brazilian commission in the event
Apdata was part of the Brazilian pavilion at the Gartner Symposium / ITXPO, one of the most important events in technology, which took place between October 16 and 20, 2011 in Orlando (USA). This edition gathered more than 7500 IT executives from different countries.
The company was part of the Brazil IT +, a, IT services and software internationalization program managed by Softex and Apex-Brazil, in partnership with the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MCTI). Participation in the event is part of its internationalization strategy with the continuous improvement of its tool, Global Antares, which has been studied and refined since 2004 to become a solution used worldwide, fully flexible and adaptable to any business, including the diversification of laws, such as labor laws that change according to each country.
"We managed to develop a product at far lower costs than the few global competitors and, therefore, we intend to disseminate the tool worldwide in the medium term. We can say that we are well ahead of what exists in the US and Europe markets in terms of people management systems such as payroll, benefits, automated attendance, access, occupational medicine, occupational safety, environment, performance management, objectives management, positions and salaries, position planning, employee surveys, training, and recruitment and selection," explains the Apdata's Vice President, Manoel José da Rocha.
